Norwegian authorities will provide 1.5 million euros in humanitarian aid to the civilian population of Artsakh affected by the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. This statement was made by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

At the same time, Norwegian Foreign Minister Ine Eriksen Soreide called for a ceasefire and the resumption of talks.
