Ani Samsonyan, a member of the "Bright Armenia" faction in the National Assembly, inquired the Minister of Justice whether the alarm was true or that there was an order in the "Hospital of Convicts" Penitentiary Service that everyone would be discharged.
In response, Minister Rustam Badasyan said that the information is not completely true because not everyone is removed. “The tests done at the penitentiaries were not positive, all were negative. No convict has been confirmed to have a coronavirus'',- pointed out the Minister.
