RA NSC Secretary leaves for Stepanakert (video)

On 24 March President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan received the secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan.

The secretary of the Security Council of the Artsakh Republic Arshavir Gharamyan was present at the meeting, where a number of issues related to the interaction of the two Armenian republics in the sphere of security were discussed.
