Defense Minister Davit Tonoyan also participated in the event dedicated to the Border Troops Day. The journalists asked the minister whether the information was true that a soldier who was drafted in Martakert's military unit in January 2019 was subjected to violent acts and beatings. Davit Tonoyan did not give a clear answer.

 

"Armed forces are a healthy organism, and when small infections, microbes appear there, all know about it. Such things exist in the society as well as in the armed forces but it is less in the armed forces," the minister said.
