Armenian delegation composition to change
Naira Karapetyan, a member of the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) will replace Hermine Naghdalyan, Vice Speaker of the Armenian National Assembly as a member of the Armenian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE).
"The NA Vice Speaker has a wide range of responsibilities, which does not allow her to work effectively here [in PACE]," Davit Harutyunyan, Head of the Armenian delegation to PACE, told Panorama.am.
On January 21, Hermine Naghdalyan was granted the title of Honorary Member and Medal of the PACE by PACE President Jean-Claude Mignon for long-term activity and effective work in the PACE.
