Opinion: Levon Ter-Petrosyan did everything possible
Secretary of the People's Party of Armenia (HZhK) Grigor Harutyunyan does not agree that the leader of the Armenian National Congress [Levon Ter-Petrosyan] consciously led the popular movement to reset.
"Let us not blame him [Ter-Petrosyan]. He did everything possible. Do you really believe that he did it deliberately? He just failed in his endeavours. I do not agree with the opinion. I have participated in all campaign meetings and heard all his speeches therefore I say that you should not accuse him," said Mr Harutyunyan.
