BHK MP: “There can be no preconditions”
The Prosperous Armenian Party (BHK) is not going to side with other political forces, BHK member Tigran Urikhanyan told A1+.
He says that the party is free to implement its political program.
"If the aspirations of the parliamentary majority are honest and fair and if they really need our help, there can be no preconditions [for cooperation,]" he said.
