Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan commented on his possible resignation in the National Assembly saying he sees no grounds for the government to resign.

"The country does not face political crisis which may result in the resignation of the executive body," said the Armenian premier.

This came after the ARF-Dashnaktsutyun raised the issue of vote of no confidence in the government.

"We make a majority in the National Assembly and we constantly study public opinion regarding government's actions," Tigran Sargsyan said adding that they are well aware of their supporters and opponents.

The head of the executive body says the motion is politically motivated ‘since some forces seek to attract voters.'
