Armenia to produce Pepsi
Jermuk International company, which is the official representative of PepsiCo brand in Armenia, will put into operation a new plant in May 2011 to produce Pepsi Cola.
Armenia's Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan today visited the newly-opened plant to familiarize himself with the production opportunities of the plant which is supplied with modern equipment of leading European companies.
The plant will be put into operation in Yerevan in May. Jermuk International has imported equipment of AMD 2,8 billion and is going to make additional investments to produce branded natural juices.
The plant will create 250 jobs. The product will be sold in local markets and outside Armenia.
