Karabakh issue raised in Moscow
"In case Azerbaijan launches new hostilities, Armenia will have no other choice than recognize Karabakh independence de jure," Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan said in the Kremlin addressing the meeting of CIS Heads of States.
"In that case, Armenia will do its utmost to ensure the security of Karabakh population," Sargsyan is quoted as saying.
According to the Armenian President Armenia supports the efforts of the international community, including those of the CIS and CSTO, aimed at finding a peaceful resolution to the Karabkh conflict.
