“Blue Wave” to the “Staff of the RA President”
The RA Government has decided to accept the 100 percent shares of "Blue Wave" CJSC donated to the Republic of Armenia and the property of "EstiandTufs" LTD, as well as the entire property included in the resort complex located at the start of Hrazdan River of Sevan city, the water reception and fish protection structure and hand it to the "Staff of the RA President" state administrative institution.
Special conditions
The RA Government has decided to postpone the deadline for the VAT payment calculated by customs bodies for products imported by the "Carolina" LTD through the investment program exceeding 300 million drams to September 1, 2013.
The company envisages founding a state-of-the-art natural juice production unit in Yerevan and making a 6.5 million Euro investment. An agreement has already been signed to feature several works by Martiros Saryan on the product.
According to the program, there will be at least 40 new workplaces and the average salary will be 70,000 drams. Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan stated that like other similar projects confirmed by the RA Government, presses should also shed light on this project and it must be under public control because businessmen will be given special conditions.
Church use for an uncertain period
The RA Government has granted the Spitakavor Church of Ashtarak city of Aragatsotni region to the Armenian Apostolic Church for an uncertain period. It will be fully restored by September 1, 2015 through investments.
Free to use the pastures
The government has laid down the order of using pasture and the meadow and has confirmed the exemplary forms of contracts for use. The government has clearly stated that the use of pasture and meadow is not the use of land, but the use of nature for which there is no need to sign a contract for renting land, register the right to lease and ratify the contracts with a notary.
According to the RA Prime Minister, by this decision the government is making a radical change and is creating qualitatively new conditions for villagers. Villagers will now be free from making four payments, which is a large amount and saves transportation expenses.
