Is Sargsyan concerned about public opinion?
Given the heated debate over the RA law "On Television and Radio" and the opinions voiced in different circles of the society, President Serzh Sargsyan offered to form a working group headed by the Human Rights Defender to finalize the switch to digital broadcasting, Spokesman for the Armenian President Armen Arzumanyan said on Sept. 18.
"A group of interested organizations and individuals will contribute to the comprehensive discussion of the issue," he noted.
