Results will be visible soon
Serzh Sargsyan today met with Executive Vice-President and Director General of the International Finance Corporation Lars Tanel. The sides discussed issues related to Armenia's economic development, as well as expansion of cooperation with the IFC in consultations and investments.
Serzh Sargsyan welcomed the Corporation's activation in Armenia and its willingness to support the development of prospective spheres of Armenia's economy with the involvement of international experts.
The president particularly underlined the importance of the IFC's advisory services in the spheres of banking and energy, the mining industry, the reforms of the business environment and administration, mentioning that the Corporation's participation in investments will be very useful in specific business projects.
Speaking about the expansion of the Corporation's activities in Armenia and the upcoming projects, the Executive Vice-President of the IFC assured that the results will be visible soon.
