HEAD OF DEBED COMMUNITY SUED

The Prosecutor of Lori Marz has filed a suit against the head of Debed community G. Nazlukhanyan. The latter is sued for power usurpation, reports the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Armenia.


Nazlukhanyan turns out to have abused his position and sold the building of a water tower with a 1467-square lot to the member of the local municipal council L. Antonyan at a price of 283.140 drams. Actually, the building was priced one million drams.


G. Nazlukhanyan is charged under Article 308 of Armenia’s Criminal Court. The case has been forwarded to the Investigation Department for preinvestigation.
