On June 27 Serzh Sarkissian signed a decree on appointing Hranush Hakobian Chairwoman of the State Committee on Ties with Diaspora of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.

Under another June 27 decree of the RoA President, Robert Nazarian was appointed Head of the Public Services Regulatory Commission for a term of five years.

The decree comes into force from July 1, 2008.
