Based on the January 31 decision about the 2007 list of candidates of judges made by the Justice Council, and the first point of the 95th article of the RA Constitution, RA President Robert Kocharyan signed a decree about confirming the 2007 list of the candidacy of judges.

By another decree the President confirmed the list of the judges of the Courts of the first instance and Court of Appeal.
