Manvel Grigoryan, the Vice Minister of Defence, the Artsakh hero, lieutenant-general, pointed out: «The Armenian Army was founded in a very important period for the country and the Armenian people, at the same time forming the country. We ought to continue resisting the enemy's attacks and lead our triumphal campaign to victory.»
On the same occasion, the «Democratic Armenia» union has also come with a statement. Besides the greetings, the «Democratic Armenia» appeals to the army to be beyond of becoming a tool for civil actions. «Armenia is close to democratic reforms, and the army's task is to provide the state's еxternal stabilitly and securitly.»
