PRIME MINISTER IN A HURRY TO CONGRATULE
Support A1+!Armenian PM Andranik Margaryan addressed a congratulation message to NKR President Arkadi Ghukasyan and Artcakhi people in connection with the 13th anniversary of NKR Independence.
The message particularly says: “ Nagorno Karabakh Republic keeps remaining loyal to the principle of the peaceful settlement of the conflict and is simultaneously full of resoluteness to resist any encroachment on its sovereignity. I wish Artcakhi people everlasting peace”.
The point is that September 2 is the Independence Day of Karabakh.
