The bill on “Approving 2003 Annual Report of Implementation of 2002-2003 Project on State Property Privatization” was put to discussion in NKR Parliament, which was passed. A heated debate over the bill on “2004-2006 Project on State Property Privatization” started. ARF Bloc voted against the bill but it was passed by overwhelming majority of votes.

MPs approved some bills on making changes and amendments to some Laws of NKR.
