Today Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs Vartan Oskanyan received Lady Caroline Cox, Co-Speaker of House of Lords and the delegation, headed by her. The delegation also visited Nagorno Karabagh and became aware of the situation there.

Issues regarding the state of refugees in both Armenia and Azerbaijan, were discussed at the meeting. The sides also spoke about the last developments of Karabaghi conflict settlement, Armenian-Russian relations and regional problems.
