Who abuses powers in process of allocating apartments in Gyumri
A criminal case has been instituted in the Prosecutor's Office of Shirak region on the facts of alleged abuses in the distribution of apartments for homeless citizens in the region. Shirak Prosecutor Karen Gabrielyan informed about this, noting that the reason for the initiation of a criminal case was the appeal of Mher Khachatryan, the director of "Gyumri without the cottage" foundation.
