Armenia and FC Aktobe (Kazakhstan) midfielder Marcos Pizzelli has had a successful surgery. The player was operated in a Sao Paolo clinic, Aktobe revealed via official website. Pizzelli injured his cruciate ligaments while playing for Armenia in the match against Macedonia on October 16. He was recognized as Armenia’s Player of the Year 2018 and received the same award in Kazakhstan.
