Employees of the Ministry of Culture are protesting. The reason is that the ministry is actually dissolving. Structural changes to the government suggest that the Ministries of Culture, Sport and Youth will unite with the Ministry of Education and Science. Ministry officials say the Ministry of Culture should not be dissolved, but should be strengthened. Employees complain that nobody has been informed about optimization. Protest participants note that they were sent a letter only yesterday about this. The protesters gathered in front of the Ministry building and are going to move to the Government building with the expectation of meeting with the Prime Minister. They say they are not so proud, and if the prime minister does not meet with them, they can go to meet with the prime minister. Employees of the Ministry of Diaspora have also joined the protest action.
