NA honors Charles Aznavour's memory (video)
The works of the regular session of NA has been launched. Prior to addressing the agenda issues, the NA honored the memory of the world-famous chansonnier Charles Aznavour with a minute of silence. "Of course, we can talk about Aznavour for a long time, almost all of us have had the opportunity to communicate with him. I, and you as well, did not just lose just a famous person and the son of the Armenian nation, but also my good friend and colleague. Since the earthquake, we have collaborated for the sake of the health of Armenia's children, have made future and joint projects," said NA Speaker Ara Babloyan. To note, a draft of 6 laws subject to compulsory discussion has been included in the NA agenda. The draft law "On Making Amendment to the RA Law on Licensing" will be submitted for the first reading of the National Assembly. Other draft laws will be submitted for the second reading. The agenda also includes the draft law authored by deputy of Tsarukyan alliance, MP Mikayel Melkumyan, refferinf to the activity of Gas and Electricity Supply and Distribution Systems in Armenia.
