Sergey Bagratyan, a member of the Tsarukyan faction, expressed an opinion that the current parliament does not express public perceptions. "It's obvious, the RPA is the majority, but it is not involved in the Yerevan Council of Elders," says the MP. The PAP MP, however, avoids evaluating the prime minister's statement that the previous parliament was elected through administrative resource and pressure. "The Prime Minister should justify his statements, I am not in court to agree or disagree and have no right to express a subjective opinion." Sergey Bagratyan says that PAP was ready for early parliamentary elections, but now he does not know why the prime minister's opinion has changed on the terms of the elections. Republican MP Samvel Farmanyan claims the RPA has no position on snap parliamentary elections. However, Samvel Farmanyan is ready to express his personal position. "The negotiation is the best option and the ultimate national interest should be the base." More details are in the video.
