Chess championship in prison
On September 19, a chess tournament was held at the Vardashen penitentiary of the RA on the occasion of the Independence Day the RA. A. Vardanyan showed excellent results and became a winner among 20 participants. The second place in the championship was occupied by A. Movsisyan and A. Abrahamyan finished the top three. At the end of the competition, the winners were awarded with diplomas by the head of the penitentiary.
