Trial delayed as result of Khandoyan's health condition
The trial of 10 members of the Sasna Tsrer ended without being started. The session lasted just a few minutes. Although Arayik Khandoyan was present, his lawyer Ara Gharakyozyan motioned the court to postpone the session because his client had health problems and had to undergo a medical examination. Arayik Khandoyan got gunshot wounds in his head while defending the borders of Nagorno Karabakh and Armenia. But he was complaining not only of these injuries. The lawyer recalls that he was beaten a year ago in court, which affected his health condition. Judge Mesrop Makyan postponed the hearing for two weeks. The next session will take place on October 3.
