Ruben Hakobyan: Armenia's constitution should not be turned into small coins (video)
Political scientist, former MP Ruben Hakobyan touches upon the speech of the Prime Minister of Armenia at the August 17 rally. He expresses his concern over threats by visits of National Security Service (NSS) in case of further escalation of internal political tensions, replacing the functions of state institutions with rallies in public squares, and possible threats for the implementation of the road map of the Prime Minister on snap elections. As he stated on his Facebook page a few days before the rally, this time also he expresses his concern that further aggravation of the internal political tension may affect the national and state security of Armenia, by taking into account some of the episodes of Nikol Pashinyan's speech, .
