Three deputies absent from NA special session (video)
At today's special session of the National Assembly on the election of the Prime Minister 102 deputies have been registered. Three MPs are absent. The National Assembly Sessions Department informed "Azatutyun" that Tsarukyan faction members Ishkhan Zakaryan and Melik Manukyan, and Grigor Avalyan from the Republican faction are absent. MP from Tsarukyan faction Naira Zohrabyan told Azatutyun that Melik Manukyan is out of Armenia due to health issues. Yesterday, she personally tried to prepare a statement that Melikyan was for Pashinyan's candidacy, but she was informed by the National Assembly staff that the document is valid only when the MP is on a business trip.
