Armenian chess players complete international rankings
Young chess players Shant Sargsyan, Anna Sargsyan and Vahe Danielyan completed the norms of the international master at the European Championships that ended in Batumi. This is reported by the official website of the Chess Federation of Armenia. Shant Sargsyan earned 6.5 points out of 11 possible and fulfilled the grandmaster's standard for the second time. For the first time he fulfilled it in the Armenian championship this year. Anna Sargsyan performed magnificently in the tournament, earning 5 points, improved her individual rating by 88 points and fulfilled the norm of the international master among women. Vahe Danielyan earned 5.5 points and fulfilled the standard of the international master.
