Tigran Torosyan, former Chairman of the National Assembly, delivered a speech at the National Assembly's parliamentary hearings on "Armenia-EU Integrated and Enhanced Partnership". He mentioned that the agreement was unprecedented for Armenia, both with its involvement and with its real opportunities and that we had a lot to do in the three directions mentioned in the agreement. "This document does not only refer to our integration but also our inner lives. It is important to understand the problems of our political system, i.e. the formation of a multiparty system, as many problems in the state are solved by the political system. Another factor is improving the educational and scientific systems. Here it is also important as it will form professionals for achieving the mentioned aim. On the other hand, it will form expert circles, which will control the process of implementation and will have their investment there," said Tigran Torosyan. Tigran Torosyan loomed large the formulation referring to Nagorno Karabakh. He said that the principles, which were listed, were very well known, but the most important was the commitment of the European Union, which was recorded in that document.
