Evidence presented to Kasprzyk
On October 24, Defense Minister of the Republic of Artsakh, Commander of the Defense Army and Lieutenant General Levon Mnatsakanyan received the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk. During the meeting they discussed the tense situation created on the borders of Artsakh and Azerbaijani forces. In particular, Levon Mnatsakanyan presented evidence of the use of guided anti-tank missiles and mortars of the SPIKE type by the Azerbaijani armed forces.
