According to Nikol Pashinyan, the deputy should not face any obstacles in the territory of the penitentiary institution: "For example, a voter calls a deputy, says: my spouse is in penitentiary institution and he cut off his fingers. The deputy goes to the penitentiary institution and says: we have come to such an alarming call and want to see if the fingers are in place, but the penitentiary institution prohibits by saying that the investigator has forbidden visions.
