Today, NA deputy Nikol Pashinyan represented the proposal in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Holdings of Arrested and Deprived People". He recalled the current law, according to which the deputy of the National Assembly can not go to the penitentiary institution without special authorization. According to Nikol Pashinyan, the deputy should not face any obstacles in the territory of the penitentiary institution: "For example, a voter calls a deputy, says: my spouse is in penitentiary institution and he cut off his fingers. The deputy goes to the penitentiary institution and says: we have come to such an alarming call and want to see if the fingers are in place, but the penitentiary institution prohibits by saying that the investigator has forbidden visions. We say that we do not want to visit, we want to see if the fingers are cut off of this person or not. "
