MP suggests to prepare the people (video)
Sergey Baghdasaryan, MP of the Tsarukyan Alliance, was aware of the rise in prices. He did not exclude the possibility of social rebellion. He said that the right thing would be if the government explained to the population why goods were expensive, and in any way try to mitigate the consequences of the increase. The Deputy said that the state budget could not alleviate the consequences of the rise in prices. Sergey Baghdasaryan suggested the government to find additional solutions, or at least, prepare the people. "So that the people get ready for shopping and solve heating problems during the winter." Nevertheless, the Deputy would not want the rise of prices to be the result of removing the Republican Party from power by revolutionary means. He preffered systematic changes, and was sure that if the small opposition worked well, it could change the power ratio in the Parliament. He was aware that the society does not consider the Tsarukyan Alliance an oppositional political force. "I have never supported the concept of extreme political opposition, I am for the sake of changing the relationship as a result of a clearly targeted political and economic actions." He noticed that the government did not pay attention to discontentof any opposition in the new Parliament. He said that the role of the opposition would evident next April.
