There is a multi-layered tradition in the Russian-Turkish relations, the basis of which is the political game, the Chairman of the First Human Rights Defender of Armenia, Chairman of the Foundation “Against Violation of Law,” told journalists today. Larisa Alaverdyan said that Russia and Turkey had never been friends, but they had always worked for the interests of the time. "These two states are able to show that they are highly skilled players, show that they are subjects in international relations. Armenia should be able to work, even though it does not have the international influence of these two states. The Republic of Armenia should take tactful steps at high level; evince active inactivity, that is, to gain strength, and so on. We must remember that unrecognized subjects may have a crucial role both in our region, and in international relations. "
