Lawyers of Sasna Dzrer not able to enter courtroom
Lawyers Mushegh Shushanyan, Arayik Papikyan and Nina Karapetyants haven’t been able to enter the courtroom for the court session into the case of 18 members of “Sasna Dzrer”. The bailiffs wanted to search their bags, but the lawyers didn’t allow it. The bailiffs made records on their refusal, and the lawyers recorded their objections. Mushegh Shushanyan is sure that at this session again sanction will be used against him. To remind, today’s court session should have started at 11:00, but it hasn’t started yet. Two defendants will participate in today’s session, the other 16 have been removed from the courtroom for different reasons.
