“Uduli” dolma becomes winner at international festival
“Uduli” dolma became the winner at international “Gastronomic routes of Silk Road” conference-festival, reports the Facebook page of the State Tourism Committee of Armenia. “Uduli” dolma is one of the old national dishes of Armenia. Its receipt was maintained in the manuscripts in Matenadaran for more than 1000 years. To remind, Anna Mazmanyan, expert in gastronomic tourism, Head of “Hartak Food” dishes’ festival, cuisine blogger, represented Armenia and Armenian cuisine at “Gastronomic routes of Silk Road” conference-festival with the support of the State Tourism Committee of Armenia.
