Defense Army releases footage proving that Artsakh’s retaliated after Azerbaijani provocation (video)
The Azerbaijani armed forces continued violating the ceasefire regime in different sections of the Line of Contact on July 4. Artsakh’s Defense Army has released a video showing the attacks of July 4 and the retaliatory actions taken by its troops. The footage documents that Artsakh’s Defense Army retaliated only after the TR-107 multiple rocket launcher fired in the direction of Artsakh. “The frontline units of the Defense Army had no alternative but take retaliatory measures to suppress the enemy's aggressive activity after 8:31pm after several shelling by the adversary. From the conversation in the footage it becomes clear that the actions in response by the Artsakh Defense Army vanguard units were carried out toward the Azerbaijani firing positions. Azerbaijanis deploy their positions in populated areas ‘according to their tradition’ making the civilians human shield,” Artsakh’s Ministry of Defense said in a press release.
