Lawyers pushed aside, one person detained
Davit Yeghiazaryan, the brother of Sasna Dzrer member Gagik Yeghiazaryan was taken to a police station from the yard of a Yerevan court which was hearing the case against Sasna Dzrer group. Lawyer Arayik Papikyan says Davit Yeghiazaryan was dragged out of the courtroom and when the lawyers gathered in the courtyard hurried to help him, the police attacked lawyers Lusine Sahakyan, Tigran Hayrapetyan, Inessa Petrosyan, Mushegh Shushanyan, Ara Zakaryan and Arayik Papikyan, pushing and elbowing them. The lawyer says the police did not allow them to approach and help the citizens. However, after the detention of Davit Yeghiazaryan, lawyers Lusine Sahakyan and Mushegh Shushanyan went to the police station to provide legal assistance to the detainee.
