Yelk alliance entered the hall after Serzh Sargsyan left it
The inaugural sitting of the sixth National Assembly of Armenia was presided over by Knyaz Hasanov, the oldest among the elected lawmakers. Hasanov, who was elected to the National Assembly from the list of the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK), said that the coalition between the HHK and the Armenian Revolutionary Federation – Dashnaktsutyun will be in force until the end of this session. Then, he began to read out the names of all lawmakers, one by one. After the new MPs were sworn in, Serzh Sargsyan and the Catholicos of All Armenians left the hall, followed by the members of the government.
