Davit Lokyan on his continuance in office (video)
Minister of Territorial Administration and Development Davit Lokyan today answered journalists’ question concerning the alleged tensions between the prime minister and cabinet members affiliated with the Armenian Revolutionary Federation-Dashnaktsutyun. “We maintain good working relationship with Karen Karapetyan. We are carrying out dozens of joint projects. There is absolutely no tension, I would say," Mr Lokyan said at Victory Park on Tuesday. He then advised journalists to address all their questions to the PM. When asked whether he intends to remain in office, Mr Lokyan said the extension of his office term depends on his party (Dashnaktsutyun) and its coalition partner (Republican Party of Armenia). “If they decide that I must continue my activity, I would like to stay in office,” said the Minister of Territorial Administration and Development.
