12 lawmakers present at the NA sitting
The sitting of the 5th convention National Assembly didn’t take place due to lack of quorum. 12 out of 131 lawmakers were present at the sitting. They were Republicans Eduard Sharmazanov, Hermine Naghdalyan, Vahram Mkrtchyan, Khosrov Harutyunyan, Hayk Babukhanyan, from Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) faction Tigran Urikhanyan, Stepan Margaryan, Vahagn Makhsudyan, from Dashnaktsutyun Armen Rustamyan, Aghvan Vardanyan, as well as the NA lawmakers Edmon Marukyan and Rubik Hakobyan. The NA Vice Speaker Hermie Naghdalyan announced that it was the last sitting of the last session of the 5th convention NA, “We are few for holding a sitting, but we would be a good football team.”
