Nikol Pashinyan, a candidate of the Yelk alliance for Yerevan Mayor, says the Municipality finished asphalt repair works on Mashtots Avenue overnight and restored traffic on the driveway which remained paralyzed for 5-6 days. Pashinyan calls it ‘an epoch-making event’ at the same time expressing his surprise at the delays of the work ‘because of the unfavourable weather.’ “In the 21st century, it is possible to follow weather reports which forecast the weather as accurately as possible.
