Prosecutor swore at Arayik Khandoyan (video)
Arayik Khandoyan (nicknamed Lone Wolf), one of the members of the Sasna Dzrer group that attacked and occupied a Yerevan police station in July, today blamed the death of Artur Sargsyan on the prosecutor and investigative group. He [Arayik] considered ‘the bringer of bread’ (Artur Sargsyan) his brother. Addressing the people in the Court of Appeal Arayik said it was the prosecutor and investigative group who killed Artur,” Khandoyan’s lawyer Ara Gharagyozyan said today. The lawyer says the prosecutor swore at Arayik. Ara Gharagyozyan petitioned the court to impose a sanction on Prosecutor Petros Petrosyan which was rejected. The court hearing was held behind closed doors. Khandoyan, who is charged with illegal procurement, transportation or carrying of weapons and ammunition, has requested the Court to lift the ban on his visits.
