Fingerprint of Serzh Sargsyan may have been damaged. Person responsible for electronic device of 9/18 polling station informed the journalists. The process of recognizing Serzh Sargsyan’s fingerprint lasted about 7 minutes, after which Serzh Sargsyan answered the question how he can assess the chances of the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK): “It isn’t time to assess chances now,” he said, adding, “During voting I was thinking that there is nothing valuable than peace. Today it is time to receive votes,” he summed up.
