Constitutional Reforms Coordination Council formed in Artsakh
On March 31, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree to organized the constitutional reforms process. According to a press release by the Artsakh Presidential Press Office, a Constitutional Reforms Coordination Council was formed accordingly under the NKR President. The composition, working procedure of the Council as well as the list of laws affirmed by the Artsakh Constitution and liable to acceptance or change were set up. Head of the Artsakh Republic President's Office Marat Mousaelyan was appointed Chairman of the Coordination Council.
