Emon Marukyan comments on Seyran Ohanyan's statements (video)
What is the objective of the Yelk (Way Out) electoral alliance? In reply to journalists’ question, Leader of the Bright Armenia party, Emon Marukyan, said, “A change of government at most, and counterbalance in the National Assembly of the sixth convocation at the least. We do not want to see seven persons in the legislature opposing decisions concerning the country’s external and internal policy.” Commenting on the statements and positions of representatives of rival electoral alliances, Mr Marukyan said, “People involved in the March 1, 2008 events are speaking about the revelation of the deadly post-election crackdown on opposition protesters. I am also speaking about [former Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan].”
