Alexander Arzumanyan quits HHSh
Armenian lawmaker Alexander Arzumanyan has left the Pan-Armenian National Party (HHSh). Last week the party announced its decision to participate in the April parliamentary elections in alliance with influential businessman Gagik Tsarukyan. “My withdrawal [from the party] is not linked to the party’s decision to enter into an alliance with another political force. I had been thinking about my withdrawal for a long time and I decided not to participate in the discussions and talks,” Alexander Arzumanyan said. It is still unknown whether the lawmaker will participate in the parliamentary elections or not. In reply to Azatutyun.am whether he could appear on the list of another party, the lawmaker said ‘nothing is excluded.’
