In one month’s period the Ministry of Nature Protection must examine and present the Government information about the economic entities, which carry out activities without water consumption permission. “I instruct you to present proposals in order to exclude illegal water consumption. Mr Minasyan, you know this issue is very important. Be careful! It is very important; we may have both ecological and other problems.” PM also instructed Artsvik Minasyan in 10 days’ period to present proposals on organization of permissions in nature protection system and investment of one joint system of licenses and provision of services by “one window” principle.
