PM to Government members: “Go and discuss it separately” (video)
Today at Government session, Minister of Justice, Arpine Hovhannisyan presented the Government’s draft decision on amendments to the NA Rules of Procedure law. The Minister introduced the draft decision very long, in detail, after which Hrayr Tovmasyan, Head of the RA NA staff, was the first to react. It seemed Karen Karapetyan got tired of their long-lasting debate: “Today we have had an opportunity to score a record; the session would last short if the debate of Mrs. Hovhannisyan and Mr. Tovmasyan wasn’t so long. Mr. Tovmasyan, you have brought the professional debate here and you both talk over something. Go and discuss it separately! That report is already the longest one that I have ever attended,” concluded PM Karen Karapetyan.
